The best way to see the Powerhouse is with one’s own eyes.  Not everyone lives close enough to walk on by, however, and Con Edison won’t let anyone inside to see its cathedral-like halls.   For now, a virtual tour will have to do.  Check out photos of the Powerhouse, inside and out, then and now.
